Diamond grinding disc
Diamond grinding discs deliver exceptional grinding power, high efficiency, and superior polishing results, fully replacing the polishing steps traditionally performed with sandpaper or abrasive belts. They are also highly durable and long-lasting. The resin layer on the disc surface is designed with raised resin bumps that effectively evacuate grinding swarf during operation, preventing swarf buildup that can contaminate the surface and ensuring a smoother, more polished sample preparation. The resin matrix of the diamond grinding disc is infused with a very high density of fine diamond powder, providing a sharper cutting edge for removing the deformed surface layer left by previous processing steps and enabling highly efficient grinding. Moreover, the grinding performance of the disc can be regenerated: simply by using it in conjunction with a diamond suspension grinding and polishing fluid, the disc’s grinding power will be restored to its original level.
