“The Talent Gathering in Laizhou, Creating a Bright Future” — College Students’ Visit to Their Hometown and Employment Experience Day Event Comes to Laizhou Weiyi

On July 25, the Organization Department of the LaiZhou Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Communist Youth League Committee, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly hosted the “Talents Gather in LaiZhou, Creating a Winning Future” event—A Campus Tour of Hometowns and Employment Experience Day—for 86 university student representatives.
The head of Weiyi’s business in Laizhou led the students on a site visit to the company’s office and production facilities, allowing them to gain a firsthand understanding of its corporate culture and work environment. The leader also provided an overview of the company’s development and talent-development initiatives, encouraging the students to strive hard and pursue their dreams with courage.
Through staff presentations and immersive on-site observation, students gained a direct appreciation for the allure of scientific and technological innovation and, by exploring new pathways for translating research成果 into practical applications, came to appreciate the development and transformation of their hometown.
