The DTQ-5 low-speed precision cutting machine is designed for the accurate cutting of various hard materials, with particular suitability for high-value, brittle intraocular lenses. The equipment is equipped with four types of fixtures that enable workpieces to be positioned at optimal angles for cutting; it features limit switches for unattended operation; boasts high spindle rotational accuracy; and allows precise micro-adjustment of the workpiece’s horizontal feed position, automatically shutting down upon completion of the cut.

The DTQ-5 low-speed precision cutting machine is suitable for the accurate cutting of various hard materials, particularly high-value, brittle intraocular lenses.
This equipment is equipped with four types of fixtures that enable workpieces to be positioned and cut at the optimal angle. It features limit switches for unattended operation, a high-precision spindle, and fine-adjustable horizontal feed positioning for the workpiece, as well as automatic power-off upon completion of cutting.
