II. Structure
This machine comprises a cutting system, a cooling system, an illumination system, a cleaning system, and other components. The upper part of the equipment is fully enclosed by a hinged protective guard, with an extra-large observation window on the front that, combined with a high-brightness lighting system, enables the operator to monitor the cutting process at all times. A scientifically designed manual cutting lever on the right side makes it exceptionally easy and convenient to cut large workpieces. The grooved cast-iron worktable, paired with a vise, can handle the cutting of various irregularly shaped workpieces. An ultra-powerful cooling system ensures that the workpiece does not overheat or burn during cutting; the coolant reservoir is housed within the machine base and is equipped with a filter screen to facilitate the collection of chips and debris. A gantry-style safety switch and an explosion-proof guard further ensure the safety of operators.
