The ZXQ-2 automatic metallographic sample mounting machine is ideally suited for mounting tiny, difficult-to-handle, or irregular metallographic and petrographic specimens, facilitating subsequent cutting, grinding, and polishing before metallographic, spectroscopic, or hardness testing. During the sample preparation process, the machine is fully programmably controlled by a microcontroller, automating a sequence of operations—including automatic heating, pressurization, gradual cooling, and final automatic pressure relief and shutdown—thus enabling unattended operation throughout the entire procedure.
