Automatic Metallographic Sample Grinding and Polishing Machine
The MoPao®4 automatic metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a next-generation, high-precision, fully automated grinding and polishing system manufactured in accordance with international standards and using state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. Equipped with a microprocessor-based control system, the machine enables stepless speed adjustment of both the grinding/polishing disc and the grinding/polishing head, while pressure and processing time settings are intuitive and easy to configure. Operators can complete the grinding and polishing processes simply by changing the grinding/polishing disc or the metallographic abrasive papers and polishing cloths, thereby enhancing the machine’s versatility and broad applicability. The MoPao®4 features such advanced capabilities as freely selectable rotation direction of the grinding/polishing disc, quick-change disc mounting, center-loaded and single-point loading modes, and automatic abrasive delivery (with an optional liquid dispenser). In addition, the machine offers smooth operation, high safety and reliability, low noise levels, and a cast-aluminum base that significantly enhances rigidity during grinding and polishing.
