Product Advantages
1. Set the hardness test range: Based on the required hardness specifications for the workpiece, set upper and lower test limits; the test results will then more intuitively indicate whether the workpiece hardness is compliant (black display indicates compliance, while red display indicates non-compliance).
2. Load Process Time Monitoring: If no test workpiece is loaded or the start button is accidentally pressed, the no-load condition will time out, automatically stopping the loading process to protect the equipment from damage.
3. Initial Test Force Progress Indicator: During manual operation, as soon as the workpiece contacts the indenter, the screen immediately displays the initial test force progress bar, thereby preventing excessive application of the initial test force and reducing testing errors.
4. Three hardness conversion standards: It features three built-in hardness conversion standards: Chinese National Standard, European Standard, and American Standard. Simply select the desired conversion standard and scale, and the converted hardness value will be displayed simultaneously with the test result.
5. Multi-point test data analysis: The test interface displays real-time analysis results for multi-point testing, including the number of tests, the maximum and minimum values in the current test group, the mean, and the standard deviation, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of hardness testing.
6. Multi-point test line chart: The test interface displays a multi-point test line chart in real time and allows users to set hardness limits, making it easy to identify points where the hardness exceeds the specified range. When performing multi-point testing without setting upper or lower limits, the vertical axis automatically adjusts its scale, ensuring that the line chart remains clear and dynamic.
7. The hardness tester can be networked: The hardness tester can connect to a cloud server via Ethernet, enabling remote sharing of hardness test data. This facilitates historical data retrieval, timely identification of hardness defects, and correction of production and manufacturing processes.
8. Real-time and Historical Data Upload: Test data can be uploaded to a smartphone via Bluetooth or to a computer via Ethernet cable. You can choose to upload data after each individual test point, or after each complete test set.
9. Test Data Printing: Test data can be printed via the device’s built-in printer or a Bluetooth printer, or it can be exported to a computer and printed through a computer-connected printer.
