II. Equipment Characteristics:
1. An innovative integrated heating and cooling design reduces sample mounting time to just 6 minutes, significantly enhancing work efficiency.
2. An innovative pressure-retention circuit has also been implemented, which effectively expels residual air from the material, resulting in a uniformly textured inlaid specimen and preventing bubble formation caused by trapped air, thereby ensuring a smooth specimen surface.
3. Our team also conducted in-depth research on equipment safety and developed a fixture for the inlay machine, effectively preventing the risk of injury caused by the upper cover popping open when removing test specimens.
4. The programmable control system of this mounting machine provides nine user-definable preparation programs, thereby meeting diverse customer requirements for mounting.
5. This machine dispels the conventional image of bulky, clunky inlay equipment, featuring a brand-new ABS housing with a fresh, refined color scheme and sleek design that delivers a comfortable user experience.
6. It truly enables the simultaneous mounting of two specimens at a single station, with equally excellent mounting results.
