VHB3000-413
Visual Brinell Hardness Tester
The VHB3000-413 is a vision-based Brinell hardness tester that integrates a precision mechanical loading system with advanced digital image-processing technology. Equipped with a camera and dedicated software, it automatically detects indentation images, replacing traditional manual readings with a microscope. This significantly lowers the operational threshold and enhances the objectivity of test data. The instrument is primarily used for hardness measurement of cast iron, steel, nonferrous metals, as well as hard plastics and bakelite—nonmetallic materials. It features stable performance, intuitive operation, and reliable accuracy. Its hardware–software integrated design provides excellent data-management capabilities, making it an ideal, practical testing device for material quality control and research in manufacturing workshops, laboratories, and research institutions.

II. Product Advantages
1. Dual-control system: When offline, the 8-inch host screen controls the startup and automatically completes the loading, load-holding, and unloading processes. Once online, the wall-mounted 15.6-inch industrial all-in-one touch terminal takes over to control the equipment, performing the entire sequence of loading, load-holding, unloading, and measurement.
2. Automatic measurement: After the surface of the test object is clearly identified, press the load button on the integrated instrument. The entire testing process is fully automated; upon completion, the system automatically measures the indentation diameter and calculates the hardness value.
3. Set the upper and lower limits for hardness testing: Based on the required hardness specifications for the workpiece, set upper and lower hardness limits to more directly verify whether the measured hardness falls within the acceptable range, thereby facilitating a quicker determination of the workpiece’s compliance.
4. Multi-point test data analysis: The system features built-in multi-point test analysis results, including the number of tests, the highest and lowest values in the current test group, and the average value, which enhance the accuracy and efficiency of hardness testing.
5. Multi-point test curve trend chart: During multi-point hardness testing of a material, the system collects and statistically analyzes the hardness values at each measurement point, automatically generating curve graphs that provide a more intuitive assessment of whether the workpiece meets the hardness specifications.
6. Three measurement methods: a. Automatic measurement: automatically generates results. b. Three-point measurement: automatically fits a circle through three points at the edges of the indentation to determine the hardness value. c. Four-line measurement: determines the hardness value by fitting four lines that are tangent to the circle in four different directions.
7. Several items of information in the header of the test report: When exporting the test data table, the table header information can be customized to meet the requirements of different manufacturers.
8. Flexible data export with accompanying indentation images: When exporting test data, you can choose to include indentation images for each data point, include the current image, or exclude images altogether.
9. Test data generation in Excel and Word formats: Generate reports based on different requirements.
