II. Equipment Characteristics:
1. An innovative integrated heating and cooling design reduces sample mounting time to just 6 minutes, significantly enhancing work efficiency.
2. Research was conducted on the development of a cyclic jog-pressure control system, associated methods, and sample preparation techniques, enabling controlled and maintained pressure during mounting of samples, thereby improving the quality and hardness of mounted specimens.
3. An innovative pressure-retention circuit has also been implemented, which effectively expels residual air from the material, resulting in a uniformly textured inlaid specimen and preventing bubble formation caused by trapped air, thereby ensuring a smooth specimen surface.
4. Our team also conducted an in-depth study on equipment safety and developed a fixture for the inlay machine that effectively prevents the upper cover from springing open during sample removal, thereby eliminating the risk of personal injury.
5. The programmable control system of this mounting machine provides 10 user-definable preparation programs, meeting diverse mounting requirements.
6. This machine dispels the conventional image of bulky, clunky inlay equipment, featuring a brand-new ABS housing with a fresh, refined color scheme and sleek design that delivers a comfortable user experience.
7. The ixiang®-5S automatic metallographic sample mounting machine is equipped with a 15 mm-thick intermediate mold, enabling simultaneous mounting of two samples at a single station, with equally excellent mounting results.
8. During the actual sample preparation process, different pressures are required to accommodate various thermosetting mounting compounds. The ixiang®-5S automatic mounting machine can precisely control the pressure according to varying requirements, with an adjustment range of 1 to 20 MPa.
9. The ixiang®-5S automatic metallographic sample mounting machine is equipped with a large-size touchscreen that delivers excellent display performance.
