Precision cutting machine
The iqiege® 50S low-speed precision cutting machine employs advanced brushless DC motor control technology, featuring a compact design, reliable operation, and strong anti-interference capability. It is suitable for the precise cutting of various materials, particularly high-value, brittle synthetic crystals. The equipment is equipped with one standard single-clamp fixture and five specialized fixtures, enabling optimal angular positioning and alignment of workpieces for cutting. A limit switch is included to facilitate unattended operation. The spindle boasts high rotational accuracy, a wide speed-adjustment range, and fine adjustment of the horizontal feed rate, with automatic shutdown upon completion of the cut. An optional platform attachment is also available for push-cutting operations.
