II. Product Advantages

1. Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen and an integrated manual/automatic control system supporting eight languages.

2. The backend supports multiple configurable recipes and allows for quick switching of cutting parameters. The main screen enables adjustment of frequently used parameters, and clicking the “Save” button saves the current settings to the selected recipe.

3. Cutting speed is precisely adjustable from 0.01 to 5 mm/s, with three preset fixed-speed settings for quick selection. Press the “Save” button to store the current settings in the selected recipe.

4. The cutting disc speed is precisely adjustable from 500 to 5,000 rpm, with three preset speed settings for quick adjustment. Press the “Save” button to save the current settings to the selected recipe.

5. Laser tool setting enables rapid clamping and positioning of the test specimen with high accuracy.

6. Features a one-key quick tool-setting function to enhance work efficiency.

7. Wet-and-dry cutting with a concealed cooling system.

Flat-push cutting: The platform automatically advances to perform the cut; this method is suitable for products that are relatively easy to cut.

Pulse cutting: This cutting method is suitable for materials that are prone to burning.

Smart Cutting: If you’re unsure of the required cutting speed and other parameters, select this mode, which automatically adjusts the speed based on the cutting load.

Manual mode: Use the joystick to move the platform forward; in this mode, the platform’s maximum speed is the speed you have set.
