Product Advantages
1. One-Click Test: With a single button press, the worktable automatically rises to the optimal position and initiates automated testing. Upon completion of the test, the worktable automatically descends by a preset distance (which can be customized), enabling rapid point switching and enhancing both testing efficiency and success rate.
2. Two types of worktable lifting mechanisms: The worktable can be raised and lowered either manually via a handwheel or electrically via an electric actuator: manual adjustment is achieved by directly turning the handwheel, while electric adjustment is accomplished by rotating a knob.
3. Stepless Variable-Speed Lifting Worktable: Rotate the knob on the machine side to manually control the lifting and lowering of the worktable. The greater the rotation angle, the faster the worktable moves, enabling stepless speed regulation for its vertical motion (the rotation speed of the knob can be preset to control the worktable’s lifting and lowering).
4. Set the hardness test range: Based on the required hardness specifications for the workpiece, set upper and lower test limits; the test results then provide a more intuitive assessment of whether the workpiece hardness is within specification (black display indicates pass, red display indicates fail).
5. Load Process Time Monitoring: If no test workpiece is loaded or the start button is accidentally pressed, the no-load condition will time out, automatically stopping the loading process to protect the equipment from damage.
6. Initial Test Force Progress Bar: During manual operation, as soon as the workpiece contacts the indenter, the screen immediately displays the initial test force progress bar, thereby preventing excessive application of the initial test force and reducing testing errors.
7. Three hardness conversion standards: It features three built-in hardness conversion standards: Chinese National Standard, European Standard, and American Standard. Simply select the desired conversion standard and scale, and the converted hardness value will be displayed simultaneously with the test result.
8. Multi-point test data analysis: The test interface displays real-time analysis results for multi-point testing, including the number of tests, the maximum and minimum values in the current test group, the mean, and the standard deviation, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of hardness testing.
9. Multi-point test line chart: The test interface displays a real-time polyline for multi-point testing and allows users to set hardness limits, making it easy to identify points where the hardness exceeds the specified range. When performing multi-point testing without setting upper or lower limits, the vertical axis automatically adjusts its scale, ensuring that the polyline remains clear and easy to interpret.
10. The hardness tester can be networked: The hardness tester can connect to a cloud server via Ethernet, enabling remote sharing of hardness test data. This facilitates historical data retrieval, timely identification of hardness defects, and correction of production and manufacturing processes.
11. Real-time and Historical Data Upload: Test data can be uploaded to a smartphone via Bluetooth or to a computer via Ethernet cable. You can choose to upload data after each individual test point, or after each complete test group.
12. Test data printing: Test data can be printed via the device’s built-in printer or a Bluetooth printer, or it can be exported to a computer and printed through a computer-connected printer.
