BHV-5/10/30/50TPTA

Semi-automatic digital Vickers hardness tester

The BHV-5/10/30/50TPTA Vickers hardness tester is suitable for testing metallic structures, including tiny components, thin sheets, metal foils, wires, thin hardened layers, and electroplated coatings. It can also be used to test non-metallic materials such as glass, jewelry, and ceramics—materials that cannot be tested using the Rockwell method or other tests requiring relatively high test forces. Notably, it can conform to the microstructure of metals, enabling measurement of the internal hardness of materials subjected to induction hardening or carburizing hardening. The Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech, opto-mechatronic integrated product characterized by a novel design, excellent reliability, ease of operation, and outstanding repeatability, making it an ideal instrument for Vickers hardness testing. This instrument incorporates a high-magnification optical measurement system and a dual-optical-channel configuration, along with advanced technologies such as photoelectric and optocoupler sensing. Operation via a touch screen allows for automatic input of the length of the indented mark, while the LCD display shows the test force, test-force holding time, number of measurements, hardness value, and other parameters.

Product Introduction

I. Product Overview

The BHV-5/10/30/50TPTA Vickers hardness tester is suitable for testing metallic materials, including tiny components, thin sheets, metal foils, wires, thin hardened layers, and electroplated coatings. It can also be used to test non-metallic materials such as glass, jewelry, and ceramics—materials that cannot be tested using the Rockwell method or other tests requiring relatively high test forces. Notably, it can accurately measure the internal hardness of materials subjected to induction hardening or carburizing hardening by conforming to the microstructure of the metal. The Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech, opto-mechatronic integrated product characterized by a novel design, excellent reliability, ease of operation, and outstanding repeatability, making it an ideal instrument for Vickers hardness testing. This model features a high-magnification optical measurement system and a dual-optical-channel configuration, along with advanced technologies such as photoelectric and optoelectronic sensing. Operation via a touch screen enables automatic input of the length of the indented mark, while the LCD display shows the test force, test-force holding time, number of measurements, hardness value, and other relevant parameters.
